This Privacy Policy explains how pantonecolors.net handles information when you use our free color reference tools. We do not offer accounts, checkout, orders, forums, or paid subscriptions on this site.

Most tool inputs stay in your browser: color values, generated palettes, collected colors, image sampling, and PDF/export actions are processed locally where possible. Standard hosting, analytics, advertising, and anti-abuse logs may still include technical data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and event timing.

2. How We Use Information

We use technical and usage information to operate the site, understand which tools are useful, protect the service from abuse, improve performance, and support advertising-funded access.

  • Provide color charts, converters, palette generation, contrast checks, image color extraction, collection, and export features
  • Remember saved colors in your browser through localStorage
  • Measure traffic and tool usage through analytics and attribution events
  • Show advertising and support links that keep the tools free

Saved color collections are stored in your browser under the color-storage key. Images used in the color finder are sampled in the browser and are not intentionally uploaded to our own server for storage. Analytics, advertising, and hosting providers may keep technical logs under their own retention rules.
